Pre-cut plates

Package description

Continuous rubber plate of about 700 mm width and 10 mm thickness; it is folded in more layers, which are ca. 1100 mm long. The plate is then cut in stripes along its length; every 30 cm a stitch holds two stripes together. The stripes have variable width from 40 mm to 350 mm (each plate is different) and variable thickness from 7 to 12 mm. The layers are then placed on a pallet till they reach a weight of about 88 kg and a height of 1100 mm.

Packaging

The plates are covered with a polyethylene film of various colours and wrapped with plastic film in order to avoid contaminations and maintain the pallet fixed.

Recommended storage conditions.

Store the plates in a cool place, without direct light or with shielding glasses against solar radiations. Prolonged storage at more than 25°C can reduce the shelf life of the compound.
